- TrigSimplify[ <Expression> ]
- Simplifies the given trigonometric Expression.

**Example:**

`TrigSimplify[1-sin(x)^2]`

gives cos²(x).**Note:**

- This command works for the Variable
*x*only! (`TrigSimplify[1-sin(y)^2]`
