This command differs among variants of English:

- ScientificText[ <Number> ]
- Displays the number in scientific notation
- Example:
ScientificText[0.002]
gives 2 x 10-3.
- ScientificText[ <Number>, <Precision> ]
- Displays the number in scientific notation, rounded to the number of significant digits specified by precision
- Example:
ScientificText[e,5]
gives 2.7183 x 100.
