QRDecomposition( <Matrix> )

あが得られた行列の QR分解 を計算する．

例: QRDecomposition({{1,2},{3,4}}) は，行列 \begin{pmatrix}1/\sqrt{10}&3/5/\sqrt{10}/5\\3/\sqrt{10}&1/5/\sqrt{10}/5\end{pmatrix}, \begin{pmatrix}\sqrt{10}&7/5\sqrt{10}\\0&\sqrt{10}/5\end{pmatrix}を返す．
