Calculates the covariance using the elements of both lists.

Covariance[ <List of Points> ]

Calculates the covariance using the x- and y-coordinates of the points.

CAS Syntax

Covariance[ <List 1 of Numbers>, <List 2 of Numbers> ]

Calculates the covariance using the elements of both lists.

范例：

Covariance[{1, 2, 3}, {1, 3, 7}] yields 2, the covariance of {1, 2, 3} and {1, 3, 7}.

Covariance[ <List of Points> ]

Calculates the covariance using the x- and y-coordinates of the points.
