Parameters

name: name to be displayed
icon: image (usually from geogebra/geogebra/gui/images)
shortcut: generic keyboard shortcut, separated by plus sign (see Template:KeyCode)
mac: MacOs specific shortcut, separated by plus sign (see Template:KeyCode)
