SemiMinorAxisLength

SemiMinorAxisLength[ <Conic> ]
Returns the length of the semiminor axis (half of the minor axis) of the conic section.
Example:
SemiMinorAxisLength[x^2 + 2y^2 - 2x - 4y = 5] yields 2.
