GeoGebra on the Web

Really exciting news. We have released the first beta version of our Chrome App:

GeoGebra 4.2 News

CAS:

  • Some commands work in CAS now: Length[point], Join, Append, Line (not appearing in autocomplete yet)
  • eg SolveODE[y=-y]

New commands:

  • AttachCopyToView[Object,<View 0|1|2>]
  • ContinuedFraction[ <Number>, <Level - optional>, <Shorthand true|false> ]
  • Invert[Function] -- works for functions with one occurence of x.
  • InverseLogNormal[ ]
  • InverseLogistic[ ]
  • SolveODE[f'(x,y)] -- result controlable by sliders (open auxiliary objects and make them visible first)
  • SolveODE[f'(x,y),Point] -- draws integral line through point
  • ScientificText[ ]
  • SlopeField[ ] eg SlopeField[-x/(y+0.1x)]
  • Integral[-x/(y+0.1x), A]
  • Numerator[ ] / Denominator[ ] now work for functions of more than one variable
  • AreConcyclic[ ]
  • AreColinear[ ]

Other improvements:

  • lists can be drawn as drop down lists
  • Set defaults for Inequalities
  • Better axes numbering when grid is on
  • Possibility to lock axes ratio
  • Zip[ ] supports nested commands
