|This page is about a feature that is supported only in GeoGebra 5.0.|
|Warning:||This GeoGebra command is heavily under construction. Expect to encounter various problems when trying it out. The syntax or the output of this command may be subject to change.|
- AreEqual[ <Object>, <Object> ]
- Decides if the objects are equal.
Normally this command computes the result numerically. This behavior can be changed by using the Prove command.
AreEqual[Segment[(1, 2), (3, 4)], Segment[(3, 4), (1, 6)]]yields true since the two segments have the same length. This command is an equivalent for the equal operation, thus
Segment[(1, 2), (3, 4)] ≟ Segment[(3, 4), (1, 6)]will result exactly the same output.
