News from 2011

GeoGebra 4 has been released
GeoGebra 4 has many new features, among them GeoGebra Prim for young students. 4.2 beta with CAS is in beta phase and you can test version 5.0 beta with real 3D.

Our Community in Numbers in 2011

  • At present we have 85 GeoGebra Institutes around the world.
  • 36 new Institutes were established in 2011.
  • The number of people who joined our GeoGebra Facebook group has grown from 5681 to 8888. Most of them are from the US, Europe and South America.
  • There are 2121 people who follow GeoGebra on Twitter!
  • We had more than 7 Million visits to www.geogebra.org in 2011 which is a 40% increase compared to 2010.

  • Users clicked on our download links (from our website alone) 5,930,008 times.
  • Our visitors came from 226 countries and territories. Most visitors are from Europe and North America.
