TurtleBack Command

- TurtleBack[ <Turtle>, <Distance> ]
- The turtle moves back with given distance.
Example:
If the turtle is at the origin of the coordinates the command
TurtleBack[turtle, 2]moves the turtle to the point (-2, 0).
