Vector( <Point> )
Returns the position vector of the given point.
Example:
Vector((3, 2)) yields u = \begin{pmatrix}3\\2\end{pmatrix}.
Vector( <Start Point>, <End Point> )
Creates a vector from Start Point to End Point.
Example:
Vector((1, 1), (3, 4)) yields u = \begin{pmatrix}2\\3\end{pmatrix}.
