UpperSum Command

UpperSum( <Function>, <Start x-Value>, <End x-Value>, <Number of Rectangles> )
Calculates the upper sum of the function on the interval [Start x-Value, End x-Value] using n rectangles.
Example: UpperSum(x^2, -2, 4, 6) yields 35.
