This command works in CAS View only.

ToPolar[ <Complex Number> ]
Transforms a complex number into its polar coordinates.
Example:
ToPolar[1 + sqrt(3) * ί] gives (2; \frac{\pi}{3}), the polar coordinates of 1 + sqrt(3) * ί.
