Stretch Command

- Stretch[ <Geometric Object>, <Line>, <Ratio> ]
- The object is stretched so that points on the line stay on their place and distance of other points from the line is multiplied by given ratio.
- Stretch[ <Image>, <Line>, <Ratio> ]
- The image is stretched so that points on the line stay on their place and distance of other points from the line is multiplied by given ratio.
- Stretch[ <Geometric Object>, <Vector>, <Ratio> ]
- The object is stretched so that points on line given by endpoints of the vector stay on their place and distance of other points from the line is multiplied by given ratio.
- Stretch[ <Image>, <Vector>, <Ratio> ]
- The image is stretched so that points on the line given by endpoints of the vector stay on their place and distance of other points from the line is multiplied by given ratio.
