This command differs among variants of English:

Segment[ <Point>, <Length> ]: Creates a segment with a starting point and a length, as well as the endpoint of the segment.

Notes:

When computing intersections with other objects, only intersections lying on the segment are considered. To change this, you can use Outlying Intersections option.
