ScientificText[ <Number> ]
Displays the number in scientific notation
Example: ScientificText[0.002] gives 2 x 10-3.
ScientificText[ <Number>, <Precision> ]
Displays the number in scientific notation, rounded to the number of significant digits specified by precision
Example: ScientificText[e,5] gives 2.7183 x 100.
