This page is about a feature that is supported only in GeoGebra 4.2.

This command differs among variants of English:

Example: ScientificText[0.002] gives 2 x 10^-3.

ScientificText[ <Number>, <Precision> ]: Displays the number in Scientific Notation, rounded to the number of significant digits specified by precision

Example: ScientificText[e,5] gives 2.7183 x 10⁰.
