- SD[ <List of Numbers> ]
- Calculates the standard deviation of the numbers in the list.
**Example:**`SD[{1, 2, 3, 4, 5}]`

yields*1.41*

- SD[ <List of Numbers>, <List of Frequencies> ]
- Calculates the weighted standard deviation of the given numbers.
**Example:**`SD[{20, 40, 41, 42, 40, 54}, {20, 6, 4, 5, 2} ]`

yields*5.96*

## CAS Syntax

- SD[ <List of Numbers> ]
- Calculates the standard deviation of the numbers in the list.
**Example:**`SD[{1, 2, 3, 4, 5}]`

yields \sqrt{2}

- SD[ <List of Numbers>, <List of Frequencies> ]
- Calculates the weighted standard deviation of the given numbers.
**Example:**`SD[{-3 + 2 x, -1- 4 x, -2 + 5 x^2}]`

is evaluated as $\frac{\sqrt{25x⁴ + 10x³ + 28x² - 18x + 3 \sqrt{2} \; } \; }{ \; 3 \; }\;$
