This command works in CAS View only.

Real[ <Complex Number>]
Returns the real part of a given complex number.
Example:
Real[17 + 3 ί] gives 17, the real part of the complex number 17 + 3 ί.
Note:
  • The complex ί is obtained by pressing ALT + i.
