Q3[ <List of Numbers> ]
Determines the upper quartile of the list elements.
Example:
Q3[{1, 2, 3, 4}] yields 3.5.
Q3[ <List of Numbers>, <List of Frequencies> ]
Determines the upper quartile of the list elements considering the frequencies.
Example:
Q3[{1, 2, 3, 4}, {3, 2, 4, 2}] yields 3.
