Q3( <List of Raw Data> )
Determines the upper quartile of the list elements.
Example: Q3({1, 2, 3, 4}) yields 3.5.
Q3( <List of Numbers>, <List of Frequencies> )
Determines the upper quartile of the list elements considering the frequencies.
Example: Q3({1, 2, 3, 4}, {3, 2, 4, 2}) yields 3.
