PerpendicularLine[Point, Line]
Creates a line through the point perpendicular to the given line.
PerpendicularLine[Point, Segment]
Creates a line through the point perpendicular to the given segment.
PerpendicularLine[Point, Vector]
Creates a line through the point perpendicular to the given vector.
