Parabola Command

- Parabola[ <Point>, <Line> ]
- Returns a parabola with focal point and the line as directrix.
- Example: Let a = Line[(0,1), (2,1)].
Parabola[(3, 3), a]
yields x² - 6x - 4y = -17 .
