- Calculates the mean of the list elements.
- MeanX[ <List of Points>]
- Calculates the mean of the
*x*-coordinates of the points in the list. - MeanY[<List of Points> ]
- Calculates the mean of the
*y*-coordinates of the points in the list.

## CAS Syntax

In CAS View only the following syntax is supported:

- Mean[ <List of Numbers> ]
- Calculates the arithmetic mean of the list elements.
**Example:**`Mean[{1, 2, 3, 5, 44}]`

yields*11*.
