MAD( <List of Numbers> )
Calculates the Mean Absolute Deviation of the numbers in the list.
Example: MAD({1, 2, 3, 4, 5}) yields 1.2


MAD( <List of Numbers>, <List of Frequencies> )
Calculates the weighted mean absolute deviation of the given numbers.
Example: MAD({20, 40, 41, 42, 40, 54}, {20, 6, 4, 5, 2}) yields 5.79
