This command works in CAS View only.

ImplicitDerivative[ <Expression>, <Dependent Variable>, <Independent Variable> ]
Yields the implicit derivative of the given expression.
Example:
ImplicitDerivative[x^2 + y^2, x, y] yields -\frac{x}{y}.
