Along the year 2012, six new members are associated. Actually there are 30 members of the IGG.

Training and Support

• Elaboration of material for the virtual in-service training course (30 hours) “GeoGebra: redescubir a xeometría” (February- May, 2012), sponsored by Department of Education of the Xunta de Galicia.

• Elaboration of material for the virtual in-service training course (60 hours) “Introducción a GeoGebra 4 en Educación Secundaria - 2012-CFD-GEOG” (April- July, 2012), sponsored by the Federación Española de Sociedades de Profesores de Matemáticas (FESPM).

• Different members of the IGG have developedd both courses..

• Training course for secondary teachers (30 hours) “Introducción a GeoGebra 4 en Educación Secundaria - 2012-CFD-GEOG” (July, 2012), on the Mathematics Faculty at the University of Santiago de Compostela.

• Participation in the 2nd Day GeoGebra, Segovia Campus, University of Valladolid (11/24/2012), with two presentations and a workshop by members of the IGG.

• Participation in the VI Congreso de AGAPEMA (September, 2012), with the workshop “Traballando as TIC con GeoGebra 4. Unha análise da elipse e da hipérbole como lugares xeométricos. Distribucións de probabilidade”.

• Participation in the XXV Conference of ENCIGA, Ensinantes de Ciencias de Galicia (November, 2012), with the workshop “Afianzando GeoGebra 4 con probabilidade e cónicas”.

Development and Sharing

• • IGG members are still working on the translation of GeoGebra 4 to Galician.
