FitPoly[ <List of Points>, <Degree n of Polynomial> ]
Calculates the regression polynomial of degree n.
Example:
FitPoly[{(-1, -1), (0, 1), (1, 1), (2, 5)}, 3] gives x3 - x2 + 1.
