  • Registration is open for the International GeoGebra Conference in Linz, Austria, from August 29th - 31st. Join us to celebrate the release of GeoGebra 4.0 and share your ideas with other members of the GeoGebra community!
  • You are using GeoGebra to support student collaboration? Then Share your experiences about collaborative work with GeoGebra.
  • The 60th GeoGebra Institute has been established in Mexico-City.
  • 7 students are working with GeoGebra as part of "Google Summer of Code 2011" who will help us as we shift the focus of development to GeoGebra 5

Development News

  • Edubuntu 11.4 with GeoGebra 3.2 included now released.
  • Mr L.’s blog about the ‘slimmed down’ GeoGebra Prim version: for new users it is easier to use.
  • Many bugfixes and small improvements to GeoGebra 4.0 Beta, including:
    • Filename autocompletion for File -> Open etc
    • You can now include Unicode characters (eg Arabic) in LaTeX texts
    • You can now draw an Implicit Curve through specified points eg ImplicitCurve[ {A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I} ]
    • Second Graphics View is now fully working
    • Navigation Bar has been put back
  • GeoGebra 4.0 now fully translated into Spanish, Portuguese, Hebrew and Italian
  • GeoGebraMobile: work on Implicit Curves is underway and work on 2 Graphics Views is almost finished.
  • We will start testing GeoGebra soon
