Center[ <Conic> ]
Returns the center of a circle, ellipse, or hyperbola.
Example: Center[x^2 + 4 y^2 + 2x - 8y + 1 = 0]
(Gb.png, Au.png: Centre[x^2 + 4 y^2 + 2x - 8y + 1 = 0])
returns point A = (-1, 1)

Center[ <Quadric> ]
Creates the center of a quadric (e.g. sphere, cone, etc.).
Example:
Center[x^2 + (y-1)^2 + (z-2)^2 = 1] yields (0, 1, 2)
