Center[ <Conic> ]
Returns the center of a circle, ellipse, or hyperbola.
Example: Center[x^2 + 4 y^2 + 2x - 8y + 1 = 0]
(Gb.png, Au.png: Centre[x^2 + 4 y^2 + 2x - 8y + 1 = 0])
returns point A = (-1, 1)
