AngleBisector[ <Point A>, <Point B>, <Point C> ]
Returns the angle bisector of the angle defined by points A, B, and C.
Note: Point B is apex of this angle.
AngleBisector[ <Line g>, <Line h> ]
Returns both angle bisectors of the lines.
