GeoGebra supports complex numbers, just enter e.g. z = 2 + 3i.Complex numbers just work like normal numbers most of the time and even some pre-defined functions work with complex arguments, try e.g. cos(2 + i). Plotting complex functions is not possible however. en:Tips:Complex Numbers
