Quartile3( <List of Raw Data> ): Determines the upper quartile of the list elements.; 예: Quartile3({1, 2, 3, 4}) yields 3.5.
Quartile3( <List of Numbers>, <List of Frequencies> ): Determines the upper quartile of the list elements considering the frequencies.; 예: Quartile3({1, 2, 3, 4}, {3, 2, 4, 2}) yields 3.
