  • Titular and researcher professor at Post-Graduate Program in Mathematics Education, Faculty of Exact Sciences and Technology at Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP). Celina coordinates the work at GeoGebra Institute of São Paulo, gives workshops, develops materials and does research on GeoGebra and Mathematics Education.

  • Researcher professor at Post-Graduate Program in Mathematics Education, Faculty of Exact Sciences and Technology at Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP). She does research on GeoGebra and Mathematics Education.
  • Lisbete Madsen Barbosa
  • Master in Mathematics Education and researcher professor and teacher at Computer Department at Faculty of Exact Sciences and Technology at Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP). She gives workshops, develops materials and does research on GeoGebra as part of her doctoral studies.
  • Julio Arakaki
  • PHD in Mechatronic Engineering and reseacher and teacher at Computer Department at Faculty of Exact Sciences and Technology at Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo (PUCS-SP). He is the Coordinator of Information Systems course and gives workshops and does projects research on Geogebra programming and Software Engineering.
  • Daniel Couto Gatti
  • Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC / SP). Professor and researcher at the Post-Graduate Program in Technology Intelligence and Digital Desing (PUC / SP). Ph.D. in Mathematics Education from the Catholic University of São Paulo (2009). Researcher in the areas of software modeling, software architecture and programming teaching. Supervisor of undergraduate students in research project on the Software Architecture GeoGebra. Estas oficinas fazem parte de projeto aprovado pelo Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa - CNPq, organização financiadora de pesquisa do Ministério de Educação do Brasil. Student Sergio Vicente de Alencar of the Professional Masters Program in Mathematics Education Studies PostGraduate prepare your work based on research carried out in workshops with public school teachers and basic school. These workshops are part of the project approved by the National Research Council - CNPq, research funding organization of the Ministry of Education of Brazil.

O Instituto GeoGebra de São Paulo desenvolve suas atividades com apoio do Programa de Estudos PósGraduados em Educação Matemática (http://www.pucsp.br/pos/edmat) e suporte do Grupo de Pesquisa Tecnologias e Meios de Expressão em Matemática – TecMEM (http://www.pucsp.br/tecmem) e do Curso de Ciência da Computação.

The Instituto GeoGebra de São Paulo develops it’s activities with the support of the Post-Graduate Program in Mathematics Education (http://www.pucsp.br/pos/edmat) and support from the Grupo de Pesquisa Tecnologias e Meios de Expressão em Matemática – TecMEM (http://www.pucsp.br/tecmem) and from the Computer Science Course.

O Instituto Geogebra de São Paulo usa sua rede de colaboradores com outras Universidades e Escolas do Brasil e outros países da América Latina, especialmente com os Institutos GeoGebra do Rio de Janeiro, Argentina, Uruguay, etc. Todos, professores e pesquisadores, estão convidados a colaborarem com o Instituto GeoGebra de São Paulo que espera ter a oportunidade de colaborar com toda a comunidade envolvida com o GeoGebra, compartilhando experiências, materiais e realizando pesquisas em parcerias.

The Instituto Geogebra de São Paulo uses it’s collaborator network with other Universities, Brazilian Schools and Latin-American countries, especially with the GeoGebra institutes from Rio de Janeiro, Argentina, Uruguay, etc. All teachers and researches are invited to collaborate with the Instituto GeoGebra de São Paulo, which in turn hopes to have the opportunity to collaborate with the entire Geogebra Community, sharing experiences, materials and realizing partnerships in research.

A “Primeira Conferência Latino-Americana de GeoGebra”, GEOGEBRA-LA2011, foi realizada entre os dias 13 e 15 de novembro de 2011, inserida nas atividades propostas pelo Instituto GeoGebra de São Paulo.
A conferência teve por objetivo reunir pesquisadores, desenvolvedores e professores para, em sessões de workshops, discutirem e compartilharem suas experiências, ideias e projetos com o uso do Geogebra.
Este evento foi uma oportunidade de divulgação dos 99 trabalhos apresentados com 204 participantes e prováveis consolidação de parcerias com instituições de outros estados e países.

The “First Latin American Conference of GeoGebra”, GEOGEBRA-LA2011, occurred between 13 and 15 of november 2011, included in the activities proposed by the Instituto GeoGebra de São Paulo.
The conference had for it’s goal to unite researchers, developers e teachers to, in workshop sessions, discuss e share their experiences, ideas and projects involving GeoGebra.
This event was an opportunity to publish all of the 99 works, presented by a total of 204 participants and the likely consolidation of partnerships with institutions from other states or countries.
